Leah was being super clingy when she first arrived. So I set my camera and then had Matt take the photo. |
Sunday, I took a Baby & Me photography workshop from the amazingly talented Caroline Tran. I've been following her blog for awhile now, and when she announced she was holding these workshops, I knew I had to check it out!
The workshop is divided into two parts. The first half is the actual instruction portion where she goes over camera and photography basics as well as some tips and tricks. The second half you actually get to bring in your baby/child and practice! It was nice to have Caroline there while you practice to answer questions.
I'm pretty happy with the photos I took. Thank you, Caroline!
Great pictures and great job! Your like a professional almost. I love the last picture of you and Leah...the look on her face is priceless and true to your statement that she was grumpy.
ReplyDeleteNice pictures! I love Caroline's work. Wish I was still in LA so I could take a workshop. Can't wait to see more pics!
ReplyDeleteHi, it's Katie! Love the blog Viv. I started one to :) http://gomamajoe.wordpress.com/
ReplyDeleteWanted to ask about your diaper bag - Did you order one from the ikabags Etsy shop? Feel like it's roomy enough to hold everything?
Hope you're well!
Hi Katie! oo yay i love reading new blogs! I don't have the ikabags diaper bag. i have one similar to it, but the girl no longer has her shop on etsy. my friend has the ikabag though, and it's a little smaller than the one i have. she just started using it recently after she saw me using my crossbody bag for the past several months. she first complained that she can't fit everything, so she's had to reorganize her stuff a little better. mainly she carries a handful of all the essentials and refills every other day.
